By creating an account, registering, or otherwise using our websites, mobile apps, networks, or any services offered by NoFeesRentals Companies (collectively, the “Services”), or accessing content provided through these Services, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Use, which may be updated from time to time.
- Role of NoFeesRentals Companies. The NoFeesRentals Companies provide platforms and tools to help users perform various tasks involved in real estate transactions. However, unless explicitly stated in any Product Terms for a specific service, NOFEESRENTALS COMPANIES DO NOT PROVIDE financial, legal, or real estate advice. You acknowledge that the Services may contain advertisements and that those advertisements may be customized based on information collected through your use of the Services. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
A. NoFeesRentals Inc. NoFeesRentals Inc. may be licensed as a real estate broker in certain jurisdictions (see Section 21). Unless otherwise specified in a given Product’s Terms, NoFeesRentals Inc. is not liable for actions or decisions you or others take based on the Services or any related content. Use of the Services does not create any fiduciary or advisory relationship.
- NoFeesRentals Companies’ Brands and Services. We operate through a number of affiliated brands. Use of any service from the following affiliated brands is subject to these Terms of Use: (a) NoFeesRentals; (b) [insert other brands, if applicable]. Specific terms may apply to the services provided by each brand and will be made available via their respective websites or applications.
A. Affiliated Business Relationships. NoFeesRentals Inc. and entities such as NoFeesRentals Home Loans, NoFeesRentals Closing Services, and others may refer customers to one another and may benefit from such referrals. All of these entities are ultimately owned by NoFeesRentals Group Inc. This relationship may result in financial or other benefits for employees or corporate affiliates when referrals are made.
B. Mortgage Services. Except for NoFeesRentals Home Loans, LLC (NFHL), NoFeesRentals Companies do not use or provide loan-related decisions or information. If you choose to engage with NFHL, your use of their services will be governed by separate Product Terms available at www.nofeesrentalshomeloans.com.
- Eligibility; Account Registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement, are legally permitted to use our Services, and have not been previously suspended or removed from the platform. Certain features may require account creation, which involves submitting information such as your name, email address, and phone number. You agree to keep this information accurate and current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Use of Services and Limitations.
A. License Grant. Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, and limited license to use our Services. This includes downloading mobile applications on supported devices solely for personal or permitted professional purposes.
B. Mobile Applications. Our apps may require periodic updates and may automatically update on your device. Standard data rates may apply. Any third-party open-source components in our apps are governed by the terms accompanying those components.
C. Use of Content. You may view, print, or email content from the Services for your own personal use or as a professional supporting clients. Automated data extraction is prohibited. You may use market data (“Aggregate Data”) with appropriate credit to NoFeesRentals. No use of logos or brand elements is allowed without written permission.
- Prohibited Activities. By using the Services, you agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Services unless authorized;
- Reverse engineer or decompile any software components;
- Post or display buyer agent compensation on listing pages;
- Transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited messages;
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Display content from the Services without permission;
- Upload viruses or other malicious code;
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data;
- Use our trademarks or branding improperly;
- Interfere with the security or integrity of our systems;
- Use the Services for discriminatory or illegal purposes;
- Attempt to do any of the above.
- Fees.
A. Charges. Some parts of the Services may carry fees. These are payable in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to change fees with prior notice.
B. Subscription Services. Certain features may involve recurring charges. By enrolling, you authorize NoFeesRentals to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation. You may cancel via your account or by contacting us directly.
- User Content.
A. User Materials. Portions of the Services may allow you to post content including photos, videos, listings, or other media (“User Materials”). By doing so, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Materials.
B. Your Responsibility. You warrant that you own or have permission to post your User Materials and that their use will not violate any third-party rights or laws. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
- Third-Party Services and Links.
A. General. The Services may link to or incorporate third-party content or services. We are not responsible for any third-party offerings or their handling of your data.
B. Professional Referrals. You may be referred to third-party service providers such as brokers or lenders. These referrals may generate compensation to NoFeesRentals, but we do not guarantee the quality or outcome of services provided by third parties.
C. Non-Affiliated Services. By submitting requests for rates or contact from lenders, you authorize us to share your information. NoFeesRentals is not a lender or mortgage broker and does not process credit applications or make lending decisions.
- Intellectual Property. All content and software used in the Services is owned by NoFeesRentals or its licensors and is protected by law. Except as provided, you may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Services.
- Feedback. If you provide comments or suggestions about the Services, you grant NoFeesRentals the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
- Copyright Policy. If you believe your work is being used on the Services in a way that infringes copyright, please contact our designated copyright agent with details including your name, contact information, and a signed statement of good faith.
- Termination. You may deactivate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services without notice for any reason. Upon termination, you remain responsible for outstanding obligations.
- Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, store, and use your personal information. It is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
- Indemnification. You agree to defend and hold NoFeesRentals, its affiliates, and employees harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
- Disclaimers. The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted access and disclaim all implied warranties.
- Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoFeesRentals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for the Services in the prior 12 months.
- Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in New York, NY.
- Export Control. You may not use or export the Services except in compliance with U.S. export laws and regulations.
- Entire Agreement. These Terms, along with any applicable Product Terms and policies, constitute the complete agreement between you and NoFeesRentals regarding the Services.
- Electronic Communication. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. These may include notices, disclosures, or agreements.

- Apple Users. For iOS apps, you agree that Apple has no responsibility for app functionality or support. You must comply with applicable third-party terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement as it relates to iOS usage.
